I've had a few people comment that I look like I'm "glowing" this week, but those compliments were quickly dimished after another person commented that I looked like I was waddling. Seriously people, being pregnant is hard enough without all of these unhelpful "observations," even if they are true. But I honestly don't think I am waddling just yet - I just happened to be wearing one of my new pairs of shoes that day, and was trying not to get any blisters. You know some people look so glamorous when they are pregnant but me - not so much. I have these red veins (that look like pimples) all over my chest and arms and my veins in general are so dark on my chest, arms, stomach, etc that I look like some creature from the X Files in the right light. Not to mention all the craziness going on in my legs - which I don't believe will ever be the same. Let's just say spider veings galore, and I'm just hoping I can make it through all this with no varicose veins. Again, I know it's all worth it in the end, but if I could just go a week without some new patch of veins popping up, I'd be thrilled!!
Okay that's all for now. I should have lots of fun pictures to post next week after our visit to ATL this weekend.

You look PRECIOUS!!!! Doesn't it amaze you how folks think they should say anything and everything to you? I recently had a coworker meet me in the hall and say, "Whoo, you growed overnight!" I decided right then and there anytime someone says something not-so-nice to me and butchers the English language at the same time, their comment is null and void.

Isn't it amazing how many people make comments (good, bad, or indifferent) when you're pregnant?? I especially LOVED it when complete strangers (usually on the plane) would comment on how big I was or how I MUST be having twins because I was just SO big... :)
I think you look simply beautiful! And it was fun to see so many familiar faces in the baby shower picture!
awwwwwwwwww!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! this makes me so sad that i don't live right there beside you all! congrats---you look great and i can't wait to see pics of baby!
